Downing-Frye Realty selected as Naples'
Favorite once again
It's been a good year so far for Downing-Frye
REALTOR® in Naples, and not just because
of their sales figures.
For the fourth year in a row, the readers
of the Daily News have selected Downing-Frye Realty
as the winner of the Major Category Award for Real Estate
in the Southwest Florida Choice Awards.
The firm was also selected to receive
the Champion Award for Residential Real Estate (for
the fifth year in a row), and Downing-Frye Commercial
was selected as Champion in the Commercial Real Estate
category.

David Frye is one of the Brokers of Downing-Frye
Realty, Inc. Since the 1970s, his vision of the future
of Naples has been a driving force for the success of
the company.
Mike Hughes manages the day-to-day operations
of the company. In addition to being a CPA, he is one
of the Brokers of Downing-Frye. Terese Walker assists
Hughes and is also the Broker of Downing-Frye Referral
Network Realty, Inc. She has been with the company for
more than 36 years.
Jerry Bodart manages the Bonita office.
His recruiting skills and technical contract expertise
have led to the rapid growth of the Bonita office.
"For the last six years, we have
closed the most transactions in town, which say a lot,"
Hughes said. "You need a competent staff to handle that
kind of volume." |
